Full Time:

Referral Bonus: $1,000

Qualification:
  The newly hired nurse must work 13 (12 hour shifts) per month to be considered full time. In addition, the newly hired nurse must work 3 months as a full time employee.

Payment Date:
  Referral fee is paid after one full month of employment or after working 13 shifts in a single full month. Paid bonuses will need to be repaid if the newly hired nurse does not meet qualifications.

Part Time:

Referral Bonus: $200

Qualification:
  The newly hired nurse must work 5 shifts for qualification of the bonus.

Payment Date: Bonus will be paid after the 5 shifts are worked.

Referral Bonus: $100

Qualification:
  The newly hired nurse must work 5 shifts for qualification of the bonus.

Payment Date:
  Bonus will be paid after the 5 shifts are worked.

Referral Bonus: $50

Qualification:
  The newly hired nurse must work 5 shifts for qualification of the bonus.

Payment Date:
  Bonus will be paid after the 5 shifts are worked.
