We actively recruit new staff through a variety of approaches, but our best hires are those referred by our own satisfied temporary staff. We do not sub-contract for any of our staff. Our COO/CNO has been a past CNO at an acute care facility in Southern California and participates in every hire and all evaluations. She is a member of the ACNL Quality Care and Patient Safety Committee and is a quality focused leader. 	RESPONSE TIME Advanced Medical Placement's response time is one of the things that sets us apart in this industry. Since our in house staffing coordinators are available to assist you 24 hours per day, 365 days per year you know you can count on us to always be there. When dealing with AMP you will never speak to an answering service. If we have not filled your request, we will stay in contact with your facility until we have exhausted all options or until you are able to fill your request through another resource. We have multiple software systems and VMS relationships to support your needs quickly.
