management showing up at hospitals to deliver paychecks to our staff, surprise them

ABILITY TO PROVIDE STAFF

have a great chance of being able to fill your needs. We actively recruit staff
through quarterly focused mailers. Programs like our RN student loan repayment
program help us to attract many quality experienced nurses. These programs also
contribute to employee longevity with AMP which results in you getting high
quality nurses who have already proven themselves.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
At AMP we take the utmost care to be sure the nurses we send to our client facilities
will exceed expectations. Nurses are fingerprinted, tested specific to their stated
areas of expertise to verify knowledge, background and references checked, and have
all appropriate immunizations. Internally our staff Director of Nurses evaluates
each nurse 90 days after hire and every 12 month anniversary thereafter. Our
director of nurses is also available to speak to client facilities and address
issues which may arise with our staff.

RESPONSE TIME
Advanced Medical Placement’s response time is one of the things that sets us apart
in this industry. Since our in house staffing coordinators are available to assist
you 24 hours per day, 365 days per year you know you can count on us to always be
there. When dealing with AMP you will never speak to an answering service. If we
have not filled your request, we will stay in contact with your facility until we
have exhausted all options or until you are able to fill your request through another
resource.
